Authors who publish with NUSACIVICA: Journal of Society and Culture agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which permits others to copy, distribute, share, adapt, and redistribute the work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated. Any derivative works must be distributed under the same license.
- Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work, such as depositing it in an institutional repository, disciplinary repository, or republishing it in a book or other scholarly publication, provided that the original publication in NUSACIVICA: Journal of Society and Culture is properly acknowledged.
